How to reach us

The simplest way to get in touch is email. Send a message to info.yourhelp9@gmail.com with whatever you want to share — bug reports, feature ideas, corrections to the data, partnership proposals, or just to say the site helped you. We read every email, though response times vary from a few hours to a few weeks depending on volume.

What to include

To help us handle your message efficiently, please include the following where relevant:

• Bug reports: the browser and operating system you were using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps enormously.
• Feature requests: the use case you're trying to solve, not just the feature you want. We prioritize requests that solve real problems for many users.
• Data corrections: the specific number you think is wrong, the source you're citing, and a link to the source if possible. We take data accuracy seriously and will update quickly if we got something wrong.
• Partnership or press: who you are, who you represent, and what you're proposing. Vague "let's collaborate" emails get deprioritized.

Response times

We aim to respond to bug reports within 3 business days, feature requests within 2 weeks, and other messages whenever we can. If you don't hear back within those windows, feel free to send a polite follow-up — sometimes things genuinely get lost.

What we can't help with

A few categories of email we're not equipped to handle:

• Medical questions about your personal reaction time. We're not doctors and can't give individualised health advice. Talk to a physician.
• SEO link exchange requests. We don't participate in link schemes.
• Guest post pitches from content marketing agencies. We write our own content.
• Requests to remove negative information about other reaction time websites. We don't host any.
