The Site provides a free, browser-based reaction time test and related informational content. The test is provided as-is, with no account, no sign-up, and no guarantee of availability or accuracy. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.

The reaction time test and all content on this Site are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not intended to be, and should not be relied upon as, medical advice, psychological assessment, fitness evaluation, or any other form of professional advice.

4. Accuracy of results

While the test uses high-resolution timing APIs and is generally accurate to within a few milliseconds, results may be affected by factors outside our control including but not limited to: hardware latency (mouse, monitor, keyboard), browser performance, operating system scheduling, network conditions, user fatigue, and ambient environment. We make no guarantee that the results reflect your true biological reaction time.

The percentile rankings and averages shown on the Site are derived from published research and aggregated web-test data. They are intended as rough reference points, not precise assessments of individual cognitive function.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including attempting to access non-public areas, introducing malware, or scraping content at unreasonable volume.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to interact with the Site, except for standard search engine indexing.
• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute content from the Site without attribution, except for brief quotations under fair use.
• Claim that results from this Site constitute a medical or professional assessment.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, and original written content are the property of Test My Reaction. You may share links to the Site freely. You may quote brief excerpts of content with attribution. You may not republish entire articles or test results without permission.

The methodology of the reaction time test itself is in the public domain — it is a standard format used by many websites and research labs. We claim no intellectual property over the methodology, only over our specific implementation and content.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Test My Reactionshall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
